New Booking Terms and Conditions

From January 2019 MXT Swimming School will be rolling out our new booking and cancellation terms and conditions with the aim of making bookings, payment and cancellations simpler and easier to understand.

The new policy which comes into full effect from the 1st April 2019 will move everyone onto monthly recurring payments through our payment provider Ingenico. The monthly payments will make paying for lesson stress and hassle-free as we will do all the work for you. Customers will now pay a set monthly fee per person which will entitle the customer to one lesson per week. MXT will regularly review customers account to ensure the customer received all the lessons they are entitled too or is refunded any overpaid fees.

Cancellation

From the 1st of April 2019 our cancellation policy will be changing as well. If the booked lesson is cancelled with less then 7 days notice there will be a small fee incurred. If the lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a slightly large fee will be incurred, with the customer either being refunded the remained or the lesson cost or being charged the fee as addition to rearrange the lessons.
